
White Bean Chili

Ingredients
- olive oil
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup celery, coarsely chopped
- 1 can diced tomatoes 28 oz can
- 1 can great northern beans, no salt added, rinsed and drained 15 oz can
- 1-1/2 cups onions, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup chicken broth, low sodium
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tsp chili powder
- 1-1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 3/4 tsp ground allspice
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Gather ingrediencies and chop vegetables.

- Heat olive oil in skillet. Cook onion and celery until crisp tender.

- Add ground chicken.

- Cook chicken until no longer pink, add garlic. Stir and cook 1-2 minutes

- Add other spices.

- Stir and cook for another 5-6 minutes.

- Add skillet mixture into crockpot.

- Add beans and tomatoes into crockpot.

- Stir to combined and cook on low for 6 hours.

- And portioned out for this weeks lunch at work.
