Gather ingrediencies and chop vegetables.
Heat olive oil in skillet. Cook onion and celery until crisp tender.
Add ground chicken.
Cook chicken until no longer pink, add garlic. Stir and cook 1-2 minutes
Add other spices.
Stir and cook for another 5-6 minutes.
Add skillet mixture into crockpot.
Add beans and tomatoes into crockpot.
Stir to combined and cook on low for 6 hours.
And portioned out for this weeks lunch at work.
