
Thanksgiving Dinner
Family favorite for years. Very easy to make, hearty, and disappears quickly.

Ingredients
- 3 pounds roasted chicken, shredded, or cooked bagged chicken, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 15 oz can carrots or corn
- 2 15 oz can green beans
- 1 12 oz jars chicken gravy
- 1 12 oz jar turkey gravy (If it looks dry, add a little more gravy to your liking)
- 3 cups two boxes of prepared low sodium stuffing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- Cook 2 boxes of low sodium stuffing according to direction on box, set to the side.

- Shred or tear chicken into bite size pieces.

- Mix carrots or corn, green beans and chicken directly in the 9×13 baking dish.

- Pour about 2.5 jars of gravy over top of mixture and mix gravy in. Be careful not to add to much gravy as it will bubble over during cooking. You may want to put some foil under the baking dish during cooking.

- Fork fluff the stuffing.

- Spoon over the casserole.

- Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.

This has been a family favorite for years. It’s easy, delicious, reheats very well which make it a great option for work lunches.
