3poundsroasted chicken, shredded, or cooked bagged chicken, cut into bite size pieces
115 oz cancarrots or corn
215 oz cangreen beans
112 oz jarschicken gravy
112 oz jarturkey gravy (If it looks dry, add a little more gravy to your liking)
3cupstwo boxes of prepared low sodium stuffing
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Cook 2 boxes of low sodium stuffing according to direction on box, set to the side.
Shred or tear chicken into bite size pieces.
Mix carrots or corn, green beans and chicken directly in the 9x13 baking dish.
Pour about 2.5 jars of gravy over top of mixture and mix gravy in. Be careful not to add to much gravy as it will bubble over during cooking. You may want to put some foil under the baking dish during cooking.
Fork fluff the stuffing.
Spoon over the casserole.
Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
