Experimenting with Sourdough Bread Making
I have always been interested in baking bread. This started many, many, many years ago when my mother got me a bread machine for Christmas. Boy that was easy, add a couple of ingredients to the machine, set it and for get it. Ha, that came from another passion of ours cooking 2 chickens at a time on a set it and forget it rotisserie. That would be a blog for another day. Anyway, it all started about 30 years ago with a bread machine.
