Cook spaghetti according to package directions, drain. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook the ground turkey breast, onions, and garlic over medium heat until ground meet is no longer pink, 6-8 minutes. Break up the ground meet into crumbles, drain.
Stir in spaghetti sauce, add pepper, salt optional. bring to boil. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In a small bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until blended, stir in green onions.
In a greased 11x7 inch baking dish, add sauce on bottom.
Layer the spaghetti.
Layer the cream cheese mixture.
Layer the meat mixture.
Top with cheese.
Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Uncover, bake until cheese is bubbley, 5-10 minutes longer.
We were using this for our work lunches, so we let cool down 20 to 30 minutes and remove from baking dish.
Cut into portions.
Cool thoroughly, bag up for the freezer.
Or just server for dinner!
Notes
This casserole freezes and reheats beautifully in the microwave for our work lunches. Obviously, it makes for a tasty dinner just out of the oven, delicious!
