Barbecue Meatloaf
Don't tell them its ground turkey, they will never know.

- ⅔ cup barbecue sauce
- ⅓ cup salsa
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 1 small green pepper finely chopped
- 1 large egg lightly beaten
- 2 tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 2 lbs. lean ground turkey breast
Preheat oven to 400 ℉,
In a large bowl, mix barbecue sauce, salsa, and Worcestershire sauce, reserve 1/2 cup of mixture for toping meatloaf prior to cooking. Add bread crumbs, onion, pepper, egg and steak seasoning to remaining sauce mixture. add turkey, mix lightly but thoroughly.
Coat baking dish with cooking spray. Dump meat mixture in baking dish and form your meatloaf. Add1/4 cup barbecue sauce to the reserved toping mixture and cover meatloaf.
Bake for 45 minutes until done at 160℉ internal temp.
