Barbecue Meatloaf

Don't tell them its ground turkey, they will never know.

Ingredients
  

  • cup barbecue sauce
  • cup salsa
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 small green pepper finely chopped
  • 1 large egg lightly beaten
  • 2 tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
  • 2 lbs. lean ground turkey breast

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 ℉,
  • In a large bowl, mix barbecue sauce, salsa, and Worcestershire sauce, reserve 1/2 cup of mixture for toping meatloaf prior to cooking. Add bread crumbs, onion, pepper, egg and steak seasoning to remaining sauce mixture. add turkey, mix lightly but thoroughly.
  • Coat baking dish with cooking spray. Dump meat mixture in baking dish and form your meatloaf. Add1/4 cup barbecue sauce to the reserved toping mixture and cover meatloaf.
  • Bake for 45 minutes until done at 160℉ internal temp.
