Making some pizza dough today. I have been craving pizza and decided to cold proof some dough. While you can make pizza dough that will be ready to cook/eat the same day, patients rewards those who can wait. It only takes about 30 minutes to get the ingredients together and mix.
Christmas Eve Dinner
This year our Christmas Eve dinner was outstanding. It is hard to beat a filet Mignon wen cooked in the oven to perfection. To me this is perfection, you may prefer a deferent tempter. What a classic with the mash patois and gravely along with the green bean casserole.
